Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we do not accept any returns of merchandise showing signs of wear or use. We highly recommend trying on any merchandise on the carpet to avoid hard floors at all costs.
The Return Authorisation Code will be found inside the shoe box, to start a return, you can contact us at info@sohoboots.co.uk. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Soho Boots, 9 Edge Hill Avenue, London, N33AY, United Kingdom.

Please use standard cardboard shipping boxes to ship your returns back to us. You may use the same shipping box that you received from us. Please be sure to seal/reseal the package securely. You, the client, are responsible for any lost or damaged packages or merchandise due to the shipping of your return back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Customers returning items from outside the UK must notify the shipment company with the reason for return, Shipping Reason: RETURN ITEM
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sohoboots.co.uk.
1. Refunds exclude shipping charges.
2. Once we have processed the refund, we have no control over the speed at which the funds are returned to your account.
Order Cancellation Policy
Upon order cancellation, a refund will be issued for the purchase price and shipping charges. However, please note that any debit or credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as the payment gateway retains these fees and cannot reimburse us. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
In the event of a loss
we have to investigate through the shipping company, As soon as the items are marked as a loss, we will issue a full refund, and we will do our best to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
Overseas customers refuse to pay import tax and customs duty, once the item is returned to us a refund will be issued excluding the shipping charge.
Customers are prohibited from using our products for advertisement/promotional purposes without the consent of our company. We do not accept a return from customers/ purchasers who use our product in any form of advertisement including filming, shooting, theatrical performances, Instagram, social media platforms and magazines. If you fail to perform the obligation above under our Terms, we have the right to take legal action against you.
