Sohoboots.co.uk offers delivery within the UK and international shipping worldwide.

• All verified domestic and international orders placed are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will also be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• Shipping charges apply to all products listed on our online store.

Estimated Shipping Duration

For orders shipped outside the UK, the estimated delivery duration excludes the time required for customs clearance. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

Keep Track of Your Order

Shipment tracking is available for all orders. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order's tracking information.

In the Event of a Loss
If a parcel is reported lost, we will conduct an investigation with the shipping company. Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
