Return

Return is accepted within fourteen days of the delivery date as reported by the shipping company, The Return Authorisation Code will be emailed to your registered email address once the items are dispatched, please email us with your Return Tracking Number to process your refund faster, email: info@sohoboots.co.ukThe client is responsible for the return of the items back to Soho Boots.

We do not accept any returns of merchandise that show any signs of wear or use. We highly recommend trying on any merchandise on the carpet to avoid hard floors at all costs.

Customers are prohibited from using our products for advertisement/promotional purposes without the consent of our company. We do not accept a return from customers/ purchasers who use our product in any form of advertisement including filming, shooting, theatrical performances, Instagram, social media platforms and magazines.  If you fail to perform the obligation above under our Terms, we have the right to take legal action against you.  

Only use standard cardboard shipping boxes to ship your returns back to us. You may use the same shipping box that you received from us. Please be sure to seal/reseal the package securely. You, the client, are responsible for any lost or damaged packages or merchandise due to the shipping of your return back to us. 

Customers returning items from outside the UK must notify the shipment company with the reason for return, Shipping Reason: RETURN ITEM

Refunds

  1. Refunds exclude shipping charges.
  2. We can only refund the exact amount received for the merchandise. Any transaction fees charged by the payment processor or merchandise platform are beyond our control and will depend on their refund policies, The American Express fee is 3.1%, and the Visa, and Master cards Fee is 2.1% 
  3. Once we have processed the refund, we have no control over the speed at which the funds are returned to your account.
  4. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 In the event of a loss

we have to investigate through the shipping company, As soon as the items are marked as a loss, we will issue a full refund, and we will do our best to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

Keep Track of your Order

Shipment Tracking is available for all orders. You will receive an email upon the shipment of your order that will include your order's tracking information.

Overseas customers refuse to pay import tax and customs duty, once the item is returned to us a refund will be issued excluding the shipping charge.

Once an order has been shipped, we do not refund shipping fees in the event of order cancellation.
