Delivery

Domestic and International Shipping
Sohoboots.co.uk offers delivery within the UK and international shipping worldwide.

  • All verified domestic and international orders placed are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will also be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Shipping charges apply to all products listed on our online store.

In the Event of a Loss
If a parcel is reported lost, we will conduct an investigation with the shipping company. Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Keep Track of Your Order

Shipment tracking is available for all orders. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order's tracking information.


Customs Information

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international customers, import duties and taxes may apply once the package arrives in your country. These additional charges are your responsibility, and we recommend consulting your local customs office for more details.
  • Customs Compliance: We do not mark shipments as “Gifts.” As the importer of record, you must comply with your country's laws and regulations.
  • Unpaid Duties: If you decline to pay import taxes or customs duties and the item is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Returns Policy

Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping company).

How to Return Items

  1. Locate the Return Authorization Code inside the shoe box.
  2. Email us at info@sohoboots.co.uk with your Return Tracking Number to expedite processing.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to Soho Boots.
  • Unfortunately, we do not provide free return shipping labels.

Customers returning items from outside the UK must notify the shipment company with the reason for return,

Refunds

  1. Refunds exclude shipping charges.
  2. Once we have processed the refund, we have no control over the speed at which the funds are returned to your account.

 

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn and free of damage. We recommend trying items on carpeted surfaces to prevent wear.
  • Prohibited Uses: Items cannot be used for advertisement, promotional purposes, filming, or social media content without prior consent from Soho Boots. Violations will result in legal action, and returns of such items will not be accepted.

Packaging

  • Use standard cardboard boxes for returns (preferably the original shipping box). Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent loss or damage.
  • Clients are responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the UK must notify the shipping company that the shipment is a Return Item to avoid UK customs duties and VAT charges.


Shipping Fees and Cancellations

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, even in the case of order cancellation.


Sales Policy

If a new sale price is introduced within five days of your purchase, we will honour the reduced price for your order.
