Spanish bootmaking is defined by its robustness. Where Italian leather is refined and supple, Spanish full-grain leather is substantial and structured — built to last decades, not seasons. The construction techniques used in Almansa — hand-lasting, Goodyear welting, intricate shaft stitching — are labour-intensive and uncompromising.
