I would like to take this opportunity to inform our valued customers and partners of how our office (Soho Boots) is responding to the COVID-19 epidemic.


In these unprecedented times, we would like to assure you that we are committed to offering you the same high level of service and minimise the risk and disruption to our customers and company.

Our response is being coordinated by an internal team who regularly monitor, mitigate against and respond to the impact of coronavirus on Soho Boots and its customers.

Please rest assured that we are taking all the necessary precautions to protect our colleagues and customers.  We have enhanced hygiene measures, cleaning regimes and provide clear and accessible advice at our office and warehouse.

In line with government advice but most importantly, to keep our colleagues and their family safe, we have taken the decision to enable the majority to work from home.

We continue to plan ahead and monitor our performance to minimise disruption of our service to the customers.

In regards to the shipping, we are doing our best to ensure you receive your items as stated in our delivery terms, however, the length of the delivery can not be guaranteed due to shortage of staff and delivery suspension. You will always be able to track your parcel online or contact us directly should you have any issues.
