Sohoboots.co.uk offers shipping for delivery within the UK, as well as international shipping across the globe.
All domestic & International orders placed and verified will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
All domestic & International orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped out the next business day (Monday-Friday).
Keep Track of your Order
Shipment Tracking is available for all orders. You will receive an e-mail upon the shipment of your order that will include your order's tracking information.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package arrives in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. We do not mark any shipments as "Gifts". We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely depending on the country. You should contact your local customs office for further information if you are concerned about this issue. Additionally, when ordering from Soho Boots, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
In the United States, imports are duty and tax-free due to the generous $800 USD de minimis.
Return accepts within fourteen days of the delivery date as reported by the shipping company, The Return Authorisation Code will email to your register email address once the items dispatch, please email us with your Return Tracking Number to process your refund faster, email: email@example.com, The client is responsible for the return of the items back to Soho Boots, unfortunately, we do not offer the free return shipping label.

We do not accept any returns of merchandise that show any signs of wear or use. We highly recommend trying on any merchandise on carpet avoid hard floors at all costs.
Customers are prohibited from using our products for advertisement/promotional purposes without the consent of our company. We do not accept a return from customers/ purchasers who use our product in any form of advertisement including filming, shooting, theatrical performances, Instagram, social media platforms and magazines. If you fail to perform the obligation above under our Terms, we have the right to take legal action against you.
Please note, if you use your personal address/ personal credit card to buy products from our website for promotional/advertisement purposes for another company you will both be held liable. Should we notice that you have used a personal account to return products used for promotional/advertisement purposes, we retain the right to take legal action. If you buy products from our website with the intent to promote the product on behalf of another company, we will not accept any return of the product.
Only use standard cardboard shipping boxes to ship your returns back to us. You may use the same shipping box that you received from us. Please be sure to seal/reseal the package securely. You, the client, are responsible for any lost or damaged packages or merchandise due to the shipping of your return back to us.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not refund shipping fees in the event of order cancellation.
Customers are returning items from outside UK must notify shipment company with the reason of return, otherwise UK Government request custom duties & VAT taxes from us.

Once the refund has been processed on our end, there is nothing else that we can do to speed up the funds arriving in your account, Refund is excluded from shipping charge.
