International Orders
When ordering from Soho Boots, you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival of the package in your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customs Policies: Customs charges vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
• Marking Shipments: We do not mark any shipments as "Gifts."
• Compliance: As the importer of record, you are required to comply with all laws and regulations of your country.
• Non-payment of import tax will result in the item being returned to the sender. In such cases, the refund will exclude shipping costs, return fees, and gateway payment fees.
• The U.S. suspended its $800 de minimis threshold for imports on August 29, 2025.
• August 29, 2025: The U.S. ended its $800 de minimis threshold for all imports.
• Impact: All shipments into U.S. are now subject to full customs clearance, including duties, taxes, and carrier fees.
